I was not please. I got a DoorDash from the store yesterday paying 29 dollars and it was not worth it I want my money back because I didn’t even eat the food and all I can get is a 3 dollar refund. I am not satisfied at all. I couldn’t eat my fries because they were too hard. I ordered my food at 11:18 it didn’t arrive until 12:30am (I went to sleep waiting on my food to arrive) a whole hour because I was behind a 400 wing order. However I’m not satisfied and I want my money back

Don't even bother ordering online because when you get there, you still are going to wait another 25 min ,I ordered a family meal 30 pieces,3 flavors,the cajun and original flavors are very dry.

I order Hawaiian tenders, this is what I got! Johnathan, the manager basically refused to make things right. But by the reviews it seems like that don’t sauce anyone’s order!!! Geesh

Place is a joke. Placed an online order 45 minutes in advance, went to pick up, and food was not ready. Received my order 20 minutes later. All but one of the staff was sitting in the back on their phones. Do not recommend wasting time going to this location.

Just go to a different location. Even when you order online, get there and the screen they use says your food is ready it’s not. So annoying. The point of ordering online is so I don’t have to get here and still wait.

The workers don’t care until the store stops making money and gets shut down and they have to find new jobs.

Attitudes and Bonnets! This location is a HOT MESS! I mean you know, you’ll get good food MOST OF THE TIMES, but you need to make sure you’re there early AND check your order before you leave!!! Lines will be long going more into the later hours. I guess that’s to be expected, being that the joint is one of the more smaller establishments. But to be perfectly clear, I live close to this place and have been in Lancaster 14 years… I’ve only ordered there 3 to 4 times… If you catch me up in this place, I must REALLY want some wings or my peeps is too tired to make them. She makes a mean basket of wings! That’s honestly why I haven’t really ordered from this place. I still sometimes just buy their Ranch Dressing, goes even better with home made wings! The BONELESS WINGS are a rip off because you MIGHT get bunch of cracklings with no chicken, just crust! Look at my pics!

Worst Wingstop I ever been to and that's because I used to work at one in Carrollton Texas. This place is clean but the people working are lost or idk but they need to do better I get to my order to pick up at 4:20 pm and it's not ready I ordered online so I wouldnt. Have to wait and now I have to wait a whole 15 minutes longer cause they are barely doing my order and it's 4:25 pm by then so I'm waiting until close to 5 pm just for my order this is ridiculous. Hands down I would give negative stars if I could
