Ho avuto un'esperienza molto positiva presso il Vodafone Store di Re di Roma. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande con professionalità e pazienza. Hanno saputo guidarmi nella scelta del piano tariffario più adatto alle mie esigenze, offrendomi anche una consulenza dettagliata sui dispositivi disponibili. Il negozio è ben organizzato, pulito e con un'ottima esposizione dei prodotti. Inoltre, i tempi di attesa sono stati minimi, e sono riuscito a risolvere tutto in poco tempo. Consiglio vivamente questo store a chiunque cerchi un servizio rapido ed efficiente!

Attenti ai truffatori! Sono arrivata in questo negozio con la richiesta della tariffa 9,99€ internet illimitato. Prima mi hanno fatto il contratto di 100 giga per questa tariffa, poi hanno rifatto per la tariffa 200 giga. I truffatori ai livelli ridicoli! Una denuncia per la truffa faccio subito. Controllate tutto fatto da loro e ancora meglio cambiate il negozio.

Mala atención, al llegar pregunté en qué idioma les podía hablar (ingles o español) al ver sus caras de disgusto me sentí muy incomoda. solo me quedé por qué mi padre necesitaba internet.
Al llegar le muestro una oferta que había visto en internet, a lo que la señorita me respondió que no lo tenía en esa tienda (no entiendo por qué si bastaba con comprar el sim) y me ofrecía un plan muy caro
Finalmente termine pagando 60 euros!!!!
Atención muy cortante. en el tono "Italiano" que da la impresión de que te están llamando la atención.

I recently encountered an extremely disappointing visit to the Vodafone shop situated at Re di Roma, prompting me to share my dissatisfaction through this review.

Upon entering the store, I was met with an atmosphere of unprofessionalism and rudeness that left a lasting negative & unwelcoming impression. The lack of courtesy, particularly exhibited by a female teller, was truly disconcerting. This individual appeared more focused on maintaining an indifferent demeanor, typing at an exceptionally slow pace—averaging only 1 letter every 2 seconds. This inefficient approach resulted in an hour-long ordeal just to complete a simple form.

Furthermore, the overall demeanor of the staff, notably the girl seated with crossed legs, conveyed a lack of sincerity and professionalism. It became evident that customer service was not a priority, and basic courtesy was noticeably absent in their interactions.

The performance of the female teller not only demonstrated a lack of efficiency but also exuded a negative atmosphere. The sluggish pace of work and apparent disinterest in providing timely and effective service were clear indicators of a deficiency in dedication and respect for customers.

Adding to the subpar service, I must express concern over what appeared to be racist behavior exhibited by the staff. The overall experience at the Vodafone shop, Re di Roma, was nothing short of absurd. Every attempt to find a solution was met with a new problem, creating an environment far from conducive to resolving customer issues.

It is noteworthy that the staff chose to stop serving customers 45 minutes before the official closing time, leaving me waiting and then informing me that they were unable to assist or provide services on that day. The inconsistency in their working hours and refusal to serve within the stated operational timeframe added to the overall frustration of the experience.

In summary, my visit to the Vodafone shop at Re di Roma was marked by incompetence, a lack of professionalism, and a concerning disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly caution potential customers to reconsider choosing this establishment for their telecommunication needs.

Worst Vodafone Store in Rome. Ive gone for move my sim to vodafone then Ive bought new one after that my application is using old sim. Old sim doesnt recive any message also new sim too. At the last Ive visited Re Di Roma Vodafone Store She had said can not any help.
