There are so many awful realtors in the Santa Clarita Valley and Los Angeles County. This makes it very difficult to find a truly great and outstanding realtor in Santa Clarita. If you think about it, most realtors are a lot like lawyers. There are so many of them and for most of them, their primary focus is on just how much money they can get from having you as a client. Truly great and outstanding realtors are a rare breed indeed. A great realtor will put the needs of their clients ahead of their own and dedicate their service to their client as their number 1 priority. A truly great realtor is not just licensed, but put the needs of their client ahead of their own even if that means they will not make as much money as they could in the transaction. When you buy a house, you do not even know just how bad your realtor was until you go to sell your house. I also want to mention it is the seller’s relator that choose the escrow company and this makes picking the right realtor even more important. An awful escrow company will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth and make you open to lawsuits with the buyer.

Recently, I had to sell my house in Santa Clarita and this is when I found out just how awful the realtor I used to buy my house was. Fortunately, this time I found a truly Great and Outstanding Realtor named Josh Sinatra and the Sinatra Group. Selling this house was anything but ordinary. There were City of Santa Clarita violation notices on the title as well as a pending easement lawsuit for this property. Josh and his team were able to get these complex issues resolved with the buyer and still get me top dollar for the sale of this house. Josh and his team spent count countless hours resolving these issues with the city of Santa Clarity and all the parties involved with the easement dispute and the potential buyers until he found the best buyer and turned this entire sale into a win win win victory for everyone involved including the city of Sant Clarita.
