I met Jose at an open house when I was just starting out my home buying journey. I was, at the time, feeling out a potential partnership with "my" second realtor when Jose and I met. He was the listing agent for a home I was looking at. The property ended not being for me, but Jose and I hit it off right away. I was transparent with him that I was moving down a path with another real estate agent, but that everything was very fresh for me and nothing set in stone. I was just starting out. Jose was super professional, easy to talk to, and most importantly, he was not pushy. I sent him my information and he and I soon started looking at homes together.

He was always attentive to my interests, super quick to get things on schedule, and acted as a true advisor throughout the entire process. Always reachable, hard-working, and very good at creative ways to get my offers accepted. He used his skills to get my foot in the door on multiple properties, and we were able to get good deals in a seller's market. He paid close attention to history of the home, time on market, comps in the area, and key call-outs during tours that helped me make logic decisions (including honest opinions when to pass on a home)

Together, we were able to make 3 offers and we had all 3 accepted. My experience with Jose was truly a 100% success rate due to his fast-acting work ethic and innovative strategies. I did not have any of this type of success with relators prior to working with Jose. Part of it was right place right time, but no doubt Jose was a critical factor in getting me under contract every time I made an offer. My first 2 contracts fell through due to hidden issues with the home that came out during inspection. Nonetheless, Jose stuck with me and we landed on a home after just 1-2 months of working together. He truly had my interests at heart. And I'm very grateful.

Jose continued to support me well after closing on my home, as well. There was a roof warranty on the home I was purchasing that was discussed during the attorney review period, and it was mentioned this would be transferred to my name after closing on the property. Long story short, I ran into multiple hiccups getting this transfer in order, but I called Jose and he got involved and helped me get that task done. This was weeks after we closed on my home, but he continued to help me. This is the type of realtor you want at your side - a genuine, ambitious, and supportive person.

Last year in July I called Jose and asked if I could look at a property and had my credit ran. To my surprise I was pre-approved and we quickly looked at houses. Jose made himself available and scheduled for us to see at least 17 houses. When we found the home we liked Jose negotiated fiercely on our behalf. His mother Glenda helped us with qualifying for a low interest rate and we were able to close within 15 days. They fought hard and I ended up receiving the home for 15k less from the original purchase price and Jose was still able to negotiate a closing credit of $5,000.
