Un muzeu care nu oferă o poveste. Este genul de muzeu pentru turiști care sunt in trecere, vor să facă o poză si sa marcheze pe o listă ca au mai făcut ceva.
Pentru 20 de lei lipsește valoarea educativă al acestui muzeu. Investiția în plăcute care sa ofere context si informații exponatelor este minimă.
Un muzeu care doar expune artă si cam atât. Formă fără fond. Trist.

We took the time to come to the National Museum. However, when we entered the area of ​​The Gallery of Romanian Old Art (Church Art) through an open door, it seemed to be an exit door according to the route, and a while after entering, we were called out. Not here, this way! It was like that. From beginning to end, she looked at the other staff members and laughed loudly. The door was closed in the first place, so it was very difficult for us to understand. If you have to see it according to the route, you should have said so before entering. What she was doing before calling out to us was talking on her smartphone while laughing loudly. After that, she finally called out to us. After that, I watched her at work, and she was playing with her smartphone in a very sloppy posture. It's fine if she plays with her smartphone, but I can't imagine that she would behave in such a way that she would obviously belittle a customer who came from far away. Why is someone like that in the National Museum? The customer service skills of the staff at the restaurants, fast food restaurants, and supermarkets I have visited so far are far superior. What a misunderstanding. She has ruined a wonderful and unique work and my fond memories of Romania.

The attitude of the guide was terrible. I just went to the wrong entrance, and she laughed at me like I was making fun of her and showed me the way. What's more, the entrance door was closed. She was also sitting with her legs stretched out and playing with her cell phone, and her work attitude was sloppy. I can't believe that a public art museum has such a nasty staff member.

Positive: the museum is beautiful and the man is very kind who works in the museum.
Negative: the lady is rude who works in ticket office and her face too serious. Accessibility of the English language is lacking

Am vizitat partea de artă medievală a muzeului. Impresia a fost una foarte bună. Vă recomand să-l vizitați! Astfel vom înțelege mai bine rădăcinile noastre strămoșești. PS: În weekend, parcarea în zonă este destul liberă.
