BEWARE OF MYRA BOYKIN! We had several offers and picked her clients over others because they were willing to take house as is and willing to rent back while we found another house. The last week before closing escrow they sent a hired inspector who found a few minor problems including a minor leak which we got fixed that same day since we didn’t even notice it was there and were going to be staying there while we found another home. Because of these findings the potential buyer who knows my husband told him they were going to back out of the offer and my husband even offer to fix these findings since they were very small things. Myra even told my realtor it was because of the inspection! Why lie and waste our time if you are going to do this last minute! She is so UNPROFESSIONAL! SELLERS BEWARE! She will whip up a contract full of broken promises only to be the first in line for sale!
