The throwback Thursday class was AMAZING!! I found this class online wanting a fun girls night and it was the best! Very low stress and relaxing the perfect way to end a stressful day and feel rejuvenated! In my day job I don’t get to express my creativity enough and this class brought out my inner kid and was a way to feel refreshed. Katie has such a charismatic energy that inspires you and leaves you feeling excited about art. The class was very personable which seems to be very rare these days. We got to make these cute flowers and just relax and not worry about being too perfect! 100/10 recommend.

Katie’s Throwback Thursdays class brought me right back to childhood art class. 10/10 experience. She was so welcoming to us and created such a relaxing, fun, and upbeat environment. This is the perfect no-stress girls night experience. I felt to relaxed after the class and there was no need to produce a perfect art, which I loved. There is also an ice cream shop to stop at after class. I absolutely recommend this experience. Easy parking too.

I had a major fear/phobia about broken glass. I wanted to make stained glass, but was too scared. When the Arts Creative opened nearby, a local small business, I double-dared myself. I walked in the door shaking, but Katie instantly put me at ease. I had the BEST experience and had FUN! ME, breaking glass into fun shapes that make up a mountain! No more fear!

P.S. Katie is a REAL fine artist, not just "someone who makes stuff and DIYs 'art'". She downplays her training and skills, but don't mistake her for just a crafter or maker. She's the real thing, a true fine artist, with a big heart and sunny personality to share her talents and skills with everyone!

We had such a fun time crafting! Our host selected a very fun and flexible art project for us to enjoy and make our own. The owner/instructor Katie was amazing and the creative process scratched a part of my brain and heart that has been long neglected. I think EVERYONE would enjoy taking a class here!

My kids (7 and 11) have done 2 classes now at The Arts Creative with Katie Ross. Despite the kids age difference, she met each kid where they were and they came home with great art projects that they were both so proud of. My kids came home every day saying this day was even better than the last and are begging me to sign up for another! Katie is so great with the kids, she keeps it fun, is so encouraging. It is so nice to have a really quality studio with classes in the neighborhood. If your on the fence, do it! One of the best summer camps I’ve put my kids in!
They have adult classes too! Can’t wait to try one of those!

I hosted a night here for a group of friends (all adults) and we had an absolute BLAST! Some wanted to play, some were nervous about the art, and some were super creative and artsy. Katie was informative, very skilled, and made everyone truly have such a great night! Those who wanted to play did, those who were nervous we instantly at ease, and those who are creative dove right in with Katie's help. I cannot wait to come back and play, de-stress, and get those creative juices flowing! HIGHLY recommend this experience!

My dad and I signed up for the October Stained glass art class and what a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Katie helped encourage our creativity while assisting through each step, and also allowed enough space for students to learn things in a very hands-on way. The best part was going home with a finished product to feel proud of. I look forward to attending another class!
