The best compliment is repeat business. I recently bought my third house using the Allen team. Each experience has been unique as the market changes over 10 years, but the happy feeling during the process has remained the same.

They're not afraid to be real about the market, the possibilities and the disappointments that can happen with our area bring super competitive.

Pivoting on a dime and being up to see as many houses as we wanted to see. They didn't waste time having us view homes prior to getting our ducks in order like having a pre-approval letter. This really helped us win our dream house as we were able to put in an offer within hours of viewing the perfect house.

Even though we've bought before things change with parts of the process and they didn't leave anything up to assumptions and were great in answering all our questions even if they seemed obvious.

We don't plant to move ever again but if we do we don't have to worry about looking for someone else in the future.
