Fast, reliable, and helpful, Team Utah Homes excels in housing. The entire process of viewing and applying to a property was seamless. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, while scheduling viewings was as simple as requesting a time. Team Utah Homes works with your schedule rather than burdening you with theirs. Furthermore, the application and move-in process is very straightforward - there was never a point I felt uninformed of the process or questioned a delayed response, as there were no delays. Additionally, the properties were in the same fabulous condition as the images - there were no surprises or unexpected results from their site to the actual property. From my experience, I would recommend and work with them again.

UPDATE:
I have continually had issues with the property management after having signed the lease.

I was supposed to have moved in June 1st. I was unable to move in until June 6th because the repairs had not been completed as promised.

The first week I moved in, the pipe from the unit above me burst and started to flood my kitchen. It took maintenance hours to get to my place to stop the leak, they left my kitchen flooded, and a three foot by three foot hole in my ceiling and wall for a month until they finished the repair.

At one point, I reported a broken lock on the entry door to the building and received no response. Someone got into the building, knocked on my door, and covered the peephole on two separate days before the lock was fixed.

In July, the building had been sprayed for bed bugs. Residents were told to reach out if they were still experiencing bites two weeks after the treatment. In August, I reached out to Stockton Farnsworth, the property manager, reporting that I had been finding bugs and experiencing bites. The property manager told me there were OTHER reports from the infestation in unit 12 besides mine and would get in touch with pest control.

At the end of October I reported to Stockton Farnsworth, the property manager, that I was STILL finding bugs and bites. I did not hear back from Stockton Farnsworth. When I saw him in person he avoided me: sped away form me so quickly that his tires burned rubber and he ran a stop sign.

From the start, the process was all about the client. I requested a time to view the rental and from there was guided through the application process, which in itself was as simple as filling out paperwork online. The rental units were as described online and the lease was straightforward. The property management team responds to any concerns promptly, efficiently, and professionally; they are easy to reach. Rent payments, deposits, etc can also be managed online.
