We have now had three positive experiences with Susan, which deserve a positive review. Throughout the three home transactions we have worked with her on she has been patient with us, communicated effectively, shown great knowledge of processes and had good market insight. We purchased our first home for less than the asking price, sold it for more than “asking”, then bought another home for less than the asking price.
My wife and I were put in contact with Susan through a referral in 2015 then purchased of our first home with her help a few months later. Susan introduced us to a mortgage broker we have now used several times, including refinancing, and patiently walked us through the home buying process. We ended up in a beautiful home in a very nice suburban neighborhood. We loved living in the house but grew our family and began to “burst at the seams”.
Several years later we started looking for a larger home. We consulted with Susan about home improvements that were “best bang for the buck” and had them completed. After a few months of work we were able to purchase another beautiful home in an even nicer neighborhood for below asking then sell our first house for significantly more than asking price. The improvements Susan recommended more than paid for themselves.
Separately from her professional competence Susan is fun to interact with and an active servant of the community. I have attached this silly picture that she let me take, getting the keys to our new home. Thanks Susan!

Susan Kliesen is the best Real Estate agent ever!!! She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, she helped to walk me through the entire process as a first time home buyer. Susan recommended a lender for me to use and they were able to give me a $6,500 grant to go towards my closing costs. I could not have been more relieved with now easy she made this entire process.
