For the second time, Stephanie has helped us secure an investment property. She is Professional, Friendly, Proactive (Super important in a competitive market), and Always available. Stephanie represented my husband and I on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. She was wonderful throughout each process. We had purchased before but had never sold a property, so we were apprehensive at first. When she gave us her suggested listing price we were amazed at her dedication and how much time she put into determining the most realistic listing price. She walked us through the comps and why she made adjustments to our price based off each of the comps. We really appreciated knowing how and why she came up with the recommended price. Stephanie has been my go to agent for my last four real estate sales and purchases as well as several members of my family.
