Choosing your first home can be terrifying. When you don’t know how the home buying process works, it feels like anything could go wrong; whether it’s getting ripped off, throwing your life savings into a house with structural issues, or simply getting stuck with a home you don’t really like for the next 30 years. Steffi was able to draw up a game plan for us, help with every concern we had, and walk us through the home-buying process from beginning to end. My wife and I were looking for a house as first time home buyers – and had no idea what we were doing. Steffi made herself available for when we needed her, and never tried to ‘talk us into anything’. As a matter of fact, she talked us out of our more naïve ideas, and steered us in the right direction that best fit our needs. There are so many moving parts to the home buying experience, and Steffi was extremely efficient in managing them all for us. She handled the relationship between us and our mortgage broker, as well as all of the great recommendations for title companies - and finally walking us through the closing process. In the end, Steffi allowed us to close on the perfect home in our price range – one that we are thrilled to start our family in, and raise them for decades to come. It is also worth noting that Steffi helped us do all of this through the COVID-19 crisis, and kept her cool the whole time (even when we were less than charming). Lastly, it didn’t feel like we were dealing with a realtor – it felt like we were dealing with a good friend that had our best interests in mind. Now that the closing is finally over, my wife and I actually miss the excitement of house hunting with her on the weekends. Thank you Steffi! You gave us more than just reliable service. We couldn’t have picked a more dependable, professional, and classy person to have shared this experience with – I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home, regardless of their age or experience.

We had a wonderful, and successful time working with Steffi in our home-buying process. When we first started the search for an agent- we saw that she had a good history/experience in this area (East Falls, Manayunk, Ardmore, Wynnewood, Narberth, Brynn Mawr, Havertown), so since we were new to Pennsylvania this would be important for us. She was very accommodating to our work schedules, and we had several meetings after work to discuss our ideas, and the process. In all of these meetings she proved to be a good listener, and adviser. We searched several houses, and she helped point out a lot of the positives, and negatives, which helped us make an informed decision. She was also quick to get answers to any other questions we had. She also helped recommend other contacts for bank, inspector, and title. All of them worked out well. It is clear that she has good relations with these other partners, which facilitated our home buying process. When we finally found our home, and got our offer accepted, Steffi provided us with a good timeline, and worked with us to make sure we were on schedule to have everything settled, and ready for closing. We now have a great new spot to call our home, and we're thankful for Steffi to help us get here.

Steffi is a secret weapon for three reasons. First, she's a lifetime local. She knows decades of secret tradeoffs to every Mainline neighborhood. Second, she's immediate. It comes across in negotiating and issue resolution as assertiveness, but it's deeper. Call her, ask her, task her and it just gets done immediately. Lastly, she has taste. We gave her the most obscure goal of finding a 'special' house - she nailed it.
