Thank you very much for assisting my 88 year old mom with receiving her renewed handicap placard. The PA department of transportation, disability office, does not answer the phone. I tried to get mom assistance via email and even said I'd provide power of attorney so they can communicate with me. However, they refused and told me that mom needs to call. After contacting your staff, they did all the "leg work" for us. I can't tell how much I appreciate it.

Extremely Poor Service.
It takes them a very Long time to return your call.
Use the State Representative office on Mac Dade Blvd, you will have a Much Quicker response.
If you leave a message the person will NOT get them.
