Do not shop here! They are racist! Today, my husband and I and our two daughters went to purchase some items. As soon as we walked in, they started hovering over us. My three year old picked up a toy dog as we continued to walk through the different aisles, picking up stuff we intended to purchase. We kept seeing the same woman, hovering so finally my husband asked her if everything was ok and she looked down to my three year old and asked “did you buy that?” Say what?! We were literally still shopping and you ask MY child if she bought it? The gall! My husband replied “well we’re definitely not buying it now” and we promptly put our items down and left the store. S&K, if you’re going to serve our community, learn some tact. Why have cameras if you’re still going to hover? What gives you the right to ask a family who is shopping if we bought the items we’re holding when we’re clearly still SHOPPING! It screams you don’t love us but love our money! Never again!

I didn’t think that I would have to do this but here I go… I have used this beauty supply store as my primary since it opened. I like the location so much I ignored the roaches i saw 😒😒. I go to this location so often im surprised that the staff don’t know me and my friends name by heart.. Somtimes up to 3 times a week!! I say this to say you can be a loyal customer and still get treated like a THIEF! It is very disheartening. I noticed some distant glances in the past which i was able to, at most, have to roll my eyes at. But my last visit was the last straw 🤬. I was just looking at an isle for a little while because i was having a hard time deciding what it was that I would like to get and the entire time one of the older ladies on the staff was blatantly right next to me the ENTIRE time!!! Just picking up stuff and putting it back down. She did not even at least try and be discreet and hang out at the other end of the isle she was and arms length from me the entire time and I was terribly uncomfortable. Why do these Koreans come to our communities and profit off of us if they hate us so bad? It is SO incredibly frustrating. I was hoping the lady would at least make herself useful and offer me a hand with my decision since she wanted to be SO involved 🙄🙄. I hope you all are happy with losing a customer who goes out of her way to do all of her business here. So disheartened to come on here and see so many other people had the same negative experience time and time again. The older gentleman is usually pleasant so it’s a shame he’d allow this treatment. On the other hand the beauty supply store further down the road towards centerville in the shopping center with the Shri Thai and Provino’s has a DELIGHTFUL staff and are so very kind and happy to help. They are respectful to the people who give them their business. We need to stop tolerating this treatment as a community ladies!!

As for Hair/Beauty Supply Stores in Snellville I will say this one was my go to for everything I needed up until 4/10/24. I was followed the entire time I was in the store. At first I thought I was tripping until I walked around a little more to just figure out what exactly else I needed to get and that’s when I notice that every where I walked she was beside me. I went as far as walking down every al and she was right behind me up until I called her out and asked why and she acted completely clueless, I even ask another worker who was checking customers out why and she told me she was exercising. I kindly told them that I come there often and always spend money and felt like I was racially profiled because of my skin color. I have a whole video of this lady following me but can’t post so here are a couple screenshots. I can pull bank statements of how much money I’ve spent here. Smh! Will not be returning or purchasing at this store.

So I always come to this location never had a bad experience. Today I went to get my sugar warm vanilla rolling oil bc I ran out I put it on my hand bc I always due and then saw Beyoncé heat which I was just going to smell it the owner yelled across the whole store In Front of everyone!! Don’t put that back it’s personal hygiene u can’t do that I said I only put the one I usually get on my hand I was just gonna smell the other one she kept saying it over and over again she then came by me and took tissue and smelling paper I can roll it on from the back of the counter. And then proceeded to try and. Tell me u look young how old are you huh huh umm I said I’m deft not (I am in my 30s) she then sat there the whole time I was smelling them. The point is the way she started and the way she delivered the yelling #1 you don’t have the proper tissue on the front of the counter so customers can use them for the oil number 2 you could’ve came over to me and asked nicely and I would told you I always come here to buy the warm sugar vanilla oil I am 100% buying it instead of yelling in the store is the first thing you did. #3 you sat in front of me the whole time watching me and proceeded to ask me how old I was due to the fact you were yelling and embarrassing me in front of the whole store. Very embarrassing now I have no where to buy my warm sugar vanilla oil from smh 😔

First time in this store at Snellville SK Beauty Supply Store I was looking for a certain hair gel I walked up and down every last one of the owls in the store looking for the product that I use that does not have alcohol in it so I didn't see it so I end up purchasing the Kaleidoscope product because I was low on it and it was a good price and as soon as I started walking to the front the lady come behind me do you need a basket no ma'am I could bring it and then she tells me please watch the floor the floor is broken ma'am I'm walking to the front I got this oh I could take you at the next register my beautiful black ladies please understand where I'm coming from first time in the store looking for a certain product so they did not have what I was looking for so I decide to get me some Kaleidoscope product cuz that's what I use in my hair the lady is too busy watching me with the six products in my hand telling me to go up to the register where she was at and they had other people in front of me how you going to make me cut in front of these people so I walked up to the next lady at the other register she rang me up and I gave her the amount I spent was $64.08 I paid her $70.08 and the cashier thought I said 10c I said ma'am I didn't say anything about no 10 cents I gave her $70.10 so I got paid her I got my bag and I left and I came back I said ma'am I'm returning this because number one I didn't like how I was treated first time ever in your store you think every black person still we don't have to steal my people if we come together and open your own Black Beauty Supply store and stop stealing from each other we will be successful stop supporting these Asian people stop supporting them a support your black people and stop stealing from them I want people God bless you all and they don't ever have to worry about me going step foot in that store ever again first and last time and on top of that didn't even say did you find everything you needed or thank you and come back all they want is our money but mine they won't get

DON’T SHOP HERE!!! Terrible customer service and bad products. Bought dried out eye liner accidentally and brought it back. They immediately refused and then asked 2 separate team members about a $2 eye liner. The lady finally says she remembers me as if anyone would drive back to a beauty supply to get over on a $2 eye liner pencil.

Absolutely Horrible. They follow you around the store like you’re going to steal something and then upcharge you on items if you’re not paying attention. Also they’ll try to rush you out the store no matter what time of day. And as someone that frequents a lot of beauty supplies in this area, their items are $2-3 more than regular price at other beauty supplies. Do not come here!! If you’re in Snellville try the beauty supply further down by petco instead, they have everything in there, for a good price and they won’t make you feel like a criminal.
