When we were buying our house Sid was there from the beginning to the closing and now. Sid showed us house after house without and when things went south on a couple of houses he still was there until we finally closed on our current house. He is great and has a great attitude. He knows the Pasadena/Altadena area really well and had good insight to neighborhood in the area and kept us(me) from making costly mistakes. I really can't say enough about Sid and The Manzo Team.

I can't say enough about how glad and lucky I feel that Sydney Manzo represented us on this short sale It was tough going there for a while with our very conservative credit union. Also, our property was a challenge to sell with many strikes against it. However, Sydney's optimism, tenacity, and high level of experience could not be denied. We started the process nearly seven months ago and even after the bank told us they would deny us a short sale, he confidently told us to hang in there. He came highly recommended by a friend and colleague who had done his usual thorough investigation for a good realtor who said that Sydney represented his family well and successfully in their short sale. If any one would like the details, contact me. I recommend him completely. Be ready to do your part however. I always remembered his words at the beginning of our short sale, "Remember, that I work for you." This is key to remember. It really puts the responsibility where it should be on the owner to be fully committed to making the sale happen, too. Whenever I had new information, new things to do, or questions come up, I simply picked up the phone and Sydney was there to listen, to act, and to advise. I really appreciated that high level of responsiveness and communication. So, I fully recommended Sydney and the Manzo Team!
