Scott has vast experience with the local area which is very helpful with pricing your property and managing expectations related to the timeline of the sale of your property. He was very helpful with suggestions regarding items that should be taken care of prior to showing the property and was able to offer suggestions and resources on how to fix these items. Once the property received bids, he was very knowledgeable on how to navigate and properly evaluate the situation. With respect to responsiveness, Scott was always available and responsive to questions we had and was willing to give us detailed explanations. Scott has closed many sales and has therefore experienced many situations and knows how to evaluate the different aspects of the entire process and guides his clients to a successful experience. He has a calm demeanor, is reasonable, and fair to all parties involved in the transaction.

Scott Paul provided exemplary service for myself and siblings. Our Mother’s townhouse sale was complicated in that the children are located throughout the country. I had power of attorney so I was the point person, however I live in NY state. Scott was in contact with us on a daily basis to update showings etc. There were some minor repairs that he personally resolved to facilitate the showing of the townhouse in its best condition. At the point of negotiations he explained each offer in detail and offered his experienced opinion on which offer would best suit us. I have been a part of approximately 20 real estate transactions in my life (in NY state) and Scott by far has been the most professional and accommodating realtor I have had the pleasure to deal with.
