This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful, a very nice lady , I think her name was jordin,I remember she had a KORN Necklace, helped me out, I bought $30 worth of stuff and she treated me like if I was spending thousands of dollars, very informative, accommodating and patient. There was some items that I needed that they didnt have so they sent me to a place that did have them, I would absolutely shop here again and recommend this place to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Very cool place indeed. But the customer service is the worst I've ever received. All due to a face diaper obsession. I get it, some people and places can't let go even though everyone else moved on in the world. But I couldn't even take in how cool this place was for a second because I was attacked the minute I walked in. Even after I put on the mask they forced on me, they were still completely rude even though no attitude was given from me. But I guess I would always be in a bad mood too if I was refused oxygen all day at work. Such a shame. Guess I'll just have to plan better and order all my smooth-on products online again.
And I'm sorry, I don't care what your beliefs are. Bad service is still bad service. And there's never a good reason to be nasty and short with people.

I never write reviews, but after my experience yesterday I felt it was important. When I entered the store both employees were on the phone, so I waited patiently at the register for 5-10 minutes. Right before one of the employees got off the phone, a man who had been shopping at the store got in back of me in line. The employee then gets off the phone, looks right past me and motions to the guy behind me "Can I help you?" I literally felt like I had stepped back in time. Luckily the guy behind me said, "she was here first, so please help her."
I was returning an item that had never been opened and the box was still in perfect condition. The guy then said he has to charge me a restocking fee. I'm all for restocking fees if an item or container it came in has been opened or damaged somehow. It was clear it was in perfect condition. He said that he "did not know what I had done with the box while it was in my care, so couldn't give me a full refund." Are you kidding me Then I'll assume you won't put that box back on the shelf because you're not sure what that box has been through? Or are you going to charge the next customer that purchases that box only 80% of the cost? Absolutely ridiculous. He said he could waive the fee if I purchased something of equal value. Once again, this makes no sense. I work in the movie industry, so I will spread the word and I will never shop there again. On my receipt, it says the employee's name is Glenn. He needs to work on his customer service.
