The worst place to buy furniture. Please look anywhere else, we were on automatic payments and they charged whenever they wanted and even missed a whole month then came BANGING on our door at 7/8pm (after their store was closed, VERY SKETCHY) at night demanding the furniture after store hours while the other guy with him checked out the back of the house like they were in the mission. All caught on our ring camera. On another occasion one of the employees randomly called my husband to curse him out “for being rude to his employee.” My husband was at work the entire time and turns out he had mixed up the customer info and called the wrong person. Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, extremely sketchy.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! RAC products are okay but the Manager Danita at this store is HORRENDOUS. She’s rude, disrespectful, she belittles customers and she’s completely obnoxious. She almost had me in tears with the way she was talking to me. She was acting like the payment I missed came out her check! Then, I called the corporate manager, explained the situation, and he says “well, she’s worked for our company a long time so I will talk to her”… So, the fact that RAC is okay with customers getting treated like dirt is just wild to me, I will NEVER rent from them again solely based off of the manager DANITA at the Hammond store.

These people showed up at my house twice in 1 week while I was out of town…when I got back to town I called and told them to pick up the merchandise these people refused to come get the merchandise saying they needed my phone number which they had gotten from the caller ID…the guy that calls people is rude and has an attitude problem…first time here walked threw our screen knocking it off track and bending the frame and laughed about it…anyway I told them to come get the merchandise Monday it is now Friday and they are harassing me texting and calling me back to back…this place is extra ghetto!! Not to mention they never come to our front door so we can let them in they always show up on our patio knocking on our window…I’m just gonna start recording the harassing phone calls from their establishment because already gave them permission to come get this stuff!

Not to be a negative Nancy, but this establishment is very ghetto. The store manager still has yet to issue a refund even though I never received my bed and frame because they couldn’t reach my employer for verification even though I told them I’m self employed… smh

Danita the store manager is great! I have bought a gaming pc, iphone, and a washer and dryer from their store and the service has been great. Whenever I had questions about my bill, she was there to answer any questions. Every time I thought about closing my account, I find myself buying something else. Everyone in the store is great, also Demario. Even though Danita was off, Demario was able to take care of me. I would recommend them ten times out of ten. Outstanding customer service!
