My experience with the seller’s agent Matt Sebby was disappointing. Communication was poor, often ignoring text messages after closing despite being paid. As soon as I signed. Ignored. I thought there was supposed to be a final walk through with seller and agents. There was nothing remarkable about the manner he did the home showing, and the seller himself played a more convincing role in selling the property. The agent’s communication style was aggressive and unprofessional, using intimidating language like referring to repair suggestions from the inspector as a ‘laundry list.’ When I requested information to communicate directly with the seller for a final walkthrough, it was met with no result and being ignored. Overall, the experience was unnecessarily stressful and lacked warmth and connection. This was not an “Ultimate Professional”

Update: they say “it appears you were not a client of any of our brokers during your transaction”. I worked with him in the showing and communication with my realtor and him and he then calls my realtor after the fact of writing this review that he does not follow up with anyone after finishing a transaction. He said he does not talk to any one after it is done and he left a meeting to talk to me. I was with a client myself and he insisted he wanted to talk to me saying he left his meeting to talk to me. He only chose to try to communicate with me after being notified about my review. This is disappointing- regardless of not being a client - you do not talk or behave in this manner.

The realtor I was working with was Aaron Tidmore. He helped us with our first house (purchase), which was great and smooth. I had never sold with him though. When we sold, it was a COMPLETELY different story. This man does NOT care about anything or anyone other than his money. He left my family HOMELESS and did NOT care one bit. Didn’t offer to make it right either. I went with a different agent, and I’m glad because she got us into our dream home after A MONTH AND 5 DAYS BEING HOMELESS thanks to Aaron Tidmore. He failed to do one thing we asked him to do, but he claims he “did his job”. If his job is to not list how the sellers want to list THEIR home, and allow his clients to go HOMELESS, then he succeeded. I will NEVER use or recommend him or RE/MAX EVER again. I will recommend the woman that helped us and cared about our situation. This man should have disciplinary action against because of this. If this happened to me and my wife, who he considered “friends”, I’m sure this has happened to others he has done business with. What a professional.

I’m very disappointed in Aaron Tidmore, due to the fact he left my son homeless , and he had no choice but to sell his house, and he couldn’t purchase his new home due to a mess up from Aaron. I was fortunate to help him out in his time of need, but that’s no way to treat people, or make people want to ever use you or RE/MAX again. That was a mistake you can’t fix. I would not recommend using. Buyer/seller beware
