Unbelievably Unprofessional. I work in corporate sales America so I am very blessed to know many people from all walks of life. I have never met someone so unprofessional in my life. The arrogance of this woman was stunning that she actually thought she was doing a good job. I mean, if I work in sales then it's safe to say that touching me on my arm and looking me in the eye is not going to work. Her primary concern was her vacation. Her secondary concern was "educating" me on why she's a republican and all of her friends are and that she likes Jeanine Pirro. Look, I literally don't need to know that information but the need to tell me is common in people who actually think that they have to educate us po ignorant folk. Just stop. I know and love plenty of republicans. I should have ended business with her immediately but I worried about my end goal. When I finally did, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Ann took all of our personal and confidential information that she said she "needed" and NEVER got back to us. We had to chase her down for a simple response. So unprofessional and will be submitting a complaint with the BBB. My recommendation is to stay away from this train reck. Did I mention we where looking for a rental? How much easier does it get?
