Doooo not using the agent!! my flat has been rented to new tenant without notice me.
Also make me so angry is they try to earn extra money to fix my flat using their own people, when I try to find a professional pumper to fix, they lied to me phones me up said tenant come to their office annoyed them for no heating, adil also scared me about if not fix customer can complain about customer right for 48hours.
but as my pumper come next day after they report issue, my pamper also told me, tenant go to Swissland for few days that’s reason he can’t find the time to go next day after checked, how the agent can do thing like this!!!

And actually it’s not first time they try lie and scare me to fix the flat try to earn extra, last year they try lie to me said my bath leaking. More and more things make me so scared what kind agent is!!!!! I have more things which are they do! ( they try deal with my pumper to charge extra to another flat they managing)
I will waiting for Adil email back. To tell me why them lie and change tenant without notice me. Anyone can help me to find agent to deal this angent please let me know.

Literally a criminal enterprise operating illegally. Adil the agent will lie about everything, from the law (that he breaks) to whose responsibility he tries to say things are. They guy can’t even draft a legally binding contract. Stay away from these scum bags because they are a joke. Especially Adil the idiot.
