Additionally, he was FABULOUS in helping me to find a qualified realtor in Arizona to help sell my mom's home. His referral partners are so amazing, we ended up having a bidding war for mom's home. I have moved several times and used different realtors each time. And I have to say that David is the best I have seen. Our situation was very difficult. The mortgage company was very inefficient and was having a lot of problems. The seller was getting impatient with this process, but David remained calm the whole time and he was very patient. He was able to help both parties in order for us to close on the house. I was very impressed by his communication skills and how knowledgeable he is when it comes to the house market. I recommend him to any one who wants to sell or buy a house.

I loved working with Charles, David LeBoy's son. He's up and coming in real estate and has had a great mentor in his father who is a career realtor and true professional.

Charles was patient enough to show us SEVEN properties. We were anxious when we found out that our top pick had other interested parties, but in the end Charles helped us edge out the competition and made us more appealing as renters to a potential land lord. Charles found us a GREAT place that accepted our Boxer dog that was in our price range and neighborhood.

David's 30 years of selling real estate in the Bay Area of Houston gives him an in-depth body of knowledge of every neighborhood that is unsurpassed. His willingness to go *the extra mile* for his customers is legendary among his clients, friends and family. His experience on the Houston Board of Realtors, and many other organizations, gives him insights into the Houston real estate market, in general, that few other realtors possess.

David has bought and sold the homes of many NASA employees and astronauts and other senior corporate executives in the Bay Area of Houston, but is also well known for the expert advice he gives to first time homebuyers.

If there were zero stars, that's what I would give. ReMax headquarters referred these people (David and Charles Leboy) to us saying David has been in the business 24 years and we were "in good hands." We were in desperate need of a place to rent; I realize our requirements were out of the norm, but they promised they could help. The "they" I'm referring to is Charles LeBoy, the son. Unfortunately, he was only 2 weeks into the business with his dad when he took on our job. Then he calls and says he's having car troubles and personal problems. Not a good sign when we were in critical need!! He did offer to contact persons who were renting houses to check out their pet policy for us. I provided him with FIVE houses and he never had the decency to get back to me. I am thoroughly disappointed. I wouldn't deal with ReMax again if this is the way they treat their potential and actual customers! I don't recommend these people.

I apologize for failing you in a time of need. There is no excuse for letting a customer down, and I'm sorry. This is a new career for me and for many reasons I simply wasn't prepared at the time. For what it's worth, I promise I will learn from this and get better.

I appreciate that you acknowledged I am to blame for the poor experience. Before your review was written, my dad has had over a 28 year history as a real estate agent, and has built a reputation for his excellent customer service. Earning a similar reputation in time is an important goal to me, and I know there is a lot of work to be done.

I am giving my dad five stars because he cares about his customers and works hard for them, and I know many of them are thankful.

Despite my failure, I hope everything works out for the best.
