We made contact with Todd Clouser today , he was very unprofessional! We asked about a property in Paris, and he said it was under contract. We tried to talk to him about other properties that might be available, and he hung the phone up on us. We called back a couple of times, trying to give the benefit of bad service, but it was apparent he was being unprofessional and did not want to communicate! Would not recommend this kind of service if you are looking for property. We will definitely be looking else where.

Remax recently took over our home and haven't been of good service to us. We've been having an issue with the home since we've moved in the beginning of the year and we kindly told them about it. At first they seemed to care but now it's like they don't give a about our health, our kids health, and our safety. They won't fix our problem but want that rent faithfully every month. I wouldn't dare recommend anyone to them. If it was them in our shoes they wouldn't have their kids in this type of environment. Smh.

We recently had our home taken over by Re-Max and that was a great thing. The people in the office are great. They're nice and friendly. Very caring and understanding. I appreciate them alot. Ms. Charlotte is an awesome manager and has a pleasant staff. Thank you guys.

Lisa Davis is a WONDERFUL realtor. We had her showing us homes all over Jackson / Madison County for months. She worked for us and exceeded all expectations. With us being on a 12-hour night-shift schedule, it really limited our availability, but she made herself available for us after hours and out of the office through email and text for any questions, comments, concerns, and appointment updates. She helped us to find the perfect home for our growing family and we are so grateful for the opportunity to give her and this office a good review.

I have been calling Todd all week about a house and no call back. Called today and put through to a full voicemail of the owner/broker. Receptionist made excuses. Really? No customer service whatsoever. Do you WANT to sell houses?

Realtor lied about Home Warranty. Said my pool/spa was covered. When I found out it wasn't I emailed her about it. She replied she didn't have the money to add it. I had to add it myself. 11 mos later I requested service. The worst warranty company I've ever seen. Do not let them use First American Home Warranty on your purchase.

Prejudice at it's finest. Went to pay my rent and the realtor did not seem as though she wanted to let me into the office and then locked her door while I left even though she was getting ready to leave the office herself but stayed in. I find this highly unprofessional and offensive.
