I don't even know where to begin to discuss how unprofessional this place is. I WILL never purchase a home represented by this place, nor would I list with them. I brought an earnest money check in, and I wrote the address on the memo line. The receptionist tried to write another address on the check for another property. This showed me that they lacked attention to detail. That was red flag one of seven. In the end, I learned that the next home I purchase, I will be sure to have a real estate lawyer and my own inspector lined up prior to providing my earnest money check.

I also experienced discrimination. A home was listed through this office that should never have been listed. This home did not have electricity the entire time it was supposed to be available for inspection.

When Harriet Bradley was alive, this was THE office that you wanted, but now that she's passed on, these idiots will not listen and turn away people that want their help and are willing to pay for it. I called this office to let them know that we had property in Florida, wanted to sell it and purchase property here in Tennessee, and needed an Agent to help. That's a double commission, but apparently they make so much money at this office that unless they are going to make millions in commission, they turn away all other sales. I know that I will never find another Agent like Harriet Bradley, who was always ready to take any and ALL commissions, but maybe with a smaller company. This Remax are just idiots. They won't even listen to you.

Worst experience ever! It is very apparent why any self respecting agent leaves ReMax. Unprofessional and underhanded is the quality of this real estate agency and the Brokers that run them. Avoid Lola Putt and anyone associated with her. She will sell a property out from under you, without her own client knowing there was more than one interested party. All for the payout, while her own client loses. She will intimidate inspectors, termite and others on inspection day, even though she isn’t supposed to be there. She will turn over information, including financial information that is protected under the privacy act, to any third party she wishes. Audrey, the office manager won’t do anything about it and threaten you with lawyers. The Broker does zero to make the agents working there follow the Real Estate guidelines and Federal laws. Want a nightmare? Use ReMax!

Pam Chandler was so rude on the phone we never got to listing. She wasn’t willing to work around my schedule and then tried to question my work schedule. Which was none of her frigging business! She hung up on me. Sounds like the Remax group has some real classy people working for them!

Jessica Brown helped us so much through this stressful process. My husband and I had to get a very particular loan and Jessica was there for us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. This is our first house and she made it look so easy! David Dawson helped us find the house of our dreams, which would not have been possible without him. If you are looking to buy a home and prefer a down to earth professional who truly wants to help people, David is your guy. He answered ALL of our questions and even got us answers when he wasn't sure instead of just guessing or telling us what we wanted to hear. He worked on our schedule instead of us having to work around his. If I ever have to buy a home again, I know exactly who I want at my side. Truly, David has the kind of heart and care that is almost impossible to find these days. I would say his customer service is exemplary but I do not feel like a customer because David has been more of a friend even though I'd never met him before buying our dream house. Larry Alexander did not communicate with the buyer agent that a house was contingent before we drove hours to see it. Did not reply to calls or texts days before we drove out when appointment was made, only said it was available. Very unprofessional. He could have told us so we did not waste an entire day.

Me and family was really did bad by Robyn Robinson and Remax experts. she is the worst Realtor we had to deal with no communication no calls for days PLEASE dO NOT USE HER PLS
We even sign closing paperwork and she is no help NO HELP!!!
