Thelma did a fantastic job for us! She helped me find and buy the perfect home in 2016. I wanted to live close to my father in Cinco Ranch and after looking at just a few houses somewhat close, Thelma called me about one that just came up in the same neighborhood as my dad. It wasn't even on the market yet, but she was able to hear about it and let me know immediately. Since then, I got married and we needed to sell my husband's house this past August. Thelma was there to handle everything and make our lives so much easier. It was a stressful time because me and my husband both had mortgages and we were in West Virginia for a temporary work assignment. Thelma was able to find buyers within weeks, and we thought it would take months. She answered our texts and calls with even the silliest of questions, no matter what time of time of day. I would HIGHLY recommend using Thelma to anyone.

Initially we didn't plan to use a realtor because we were planning to have a home built and planned to work with the builder directly. A friend highly suggested that I reach out to Thelma with Remax and we are happy that we did.
Thelma was absolutely amazing to work with.
She was our consultant through the whole process, liaison between the builder/mortgage/title companies (whom can be very intimidating). Her experience allowed us to understand what to expect pre/post construction. Attended meetings with the builder and mortgage company and this gave us the peace of mind through what could have been a stressful experience.
Thelma gave us suggestions and even visited the home during the construction process to share updates. She was prompt with her responses and seemed always available with a smile you can hear through the phone.
Even after the sale was completed I still reach out to her for clarification on "what's next/what should I expect" to ensure I do not pay for any unnecessary services. Here we are 3 months after we moved in and we still stay in touch.
Thelma exceeded our expectations.

Thankful for REMAX and Thelma Yera!! We have known her for more than 10 years! Our first experience happened when she helped my parents buy their first home- they had only previously rented. After that, we stayed in contact with her throughout the years as we bought several properties, including my brother's first home and even my first home. Now she is currently helping my future husband and I buy the home we hope to move into when we are married. We consider Thelma part of our family. She is helpful, she communicates with us, gets us answers promptly for our questions, and helps make this whole process of buying a home seem easy.

Thelma Yera was a Godsend. My husband and I were ready to purchase our first home and didn't know where to start. She helped guide us every step of the way. My husband and I had different wishlists and she was very patient with us and accommodating to both our styles and needs. She was always available and flexible scheduling appointments around my husband's unpredictable work schedule. She took the time to explain thoroughly every question we had and showed us over 10 houses before we found one we both were happy with. She proved to be very knowledgeable, polite, honest and aggressive when it came to negotiating for us at closing. She worked with us as we searched over 3 months for our dream starter home. I'm grateful for her patience and understanding that this was a very important and special decision for our family (as being a first time home buyer can be super stressful and scary). She never made us feel rushed, pressured or guilty for not liking a house or wasting her time. Great professionalism and customer service. We highly recommend Thelma Yera .

I am displeased with the experience with the realtor. The fact that she had the odasity to call me selfish because I refused to participate on the loan with my spouse is obsurd. We came here to look for options to purchase a home, but left after being insulted. The realtor is clearly in only making a profit and lacks on customer service. Also, after I initially told her where I stand in regards to purchasing a home, she looked at me and told me, “I dont know how you are TRAINED, but I am not going to waste my time with you if you dont change the way you think.” I dont understand how a company can employ people like her. If you are looking to purchase a home dont come here. Look for a realtor that actually respects its clients because clearly this company does not.

Súper mala experiencia ya son 3 meses desde que llevamos todos nuestros documentos, yo personalmente me tomé la molestia de hacer todas la copias necesarias de todo para facilitar más las cosas, después de un mes llame para ver que pasaba por que nadie tubo la amabilidad de comunicarse conmigo y fue solo para enterarme que ni siquiera avían hecho la solicitud de préstamo al banco, de hay jamás nadie se volvió a comunicase con nosotros, siento que fuimos tratados como si nos estuvieras haciendo un favor, me parece ridiculo que alguien trate así a un cliente, mínimo haces la llamada y dices sabe que no va a ser posible y ya, es simple cuánto te toma una llamada, completamente desilusionada y muy molesta, Marlein es el nombre de la persona que supuestamente nos iba a llamar. Horrible súper mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo, mejor contacten a Graciela Lombard ella si sabe hacer su trabajo, no cómo está señorita, lo que si me queda decir solamente que la señorita de recepción es muy amable y súper linda de hay en más todo horrible.
