I had a terrible experience with Rodney Thorin a few years ago so I'm not writing this on pure emotion. I've had more than enough time to think this through. I had to do most of the leg work, I suppose because I was young out of college and making less money. This went on for months until I realized I was wasting time.

Thankfully, I've purchased and sold properties since then with better realtors; but he is one reason I distrust a lot of realtors.

I am very disappointed at the way Sandy Laine handle the sale of my home the more I worked with her the more i notice red flags about her where she just wanted to hurry up and get her commision to the point where I had to get her broker several times to give me options on what i needed to do with the sale of my home . She never puts herself in ur shoes . Several times she made me feel like she was working for the buyers and not for me . At our closing there was an extra 500.00 dollar extra that i had to pay and i questioned Sandy about it she couldn't tell me where it was coming from . What Sandy and the buyers agent did is used it as an amendment instead of had taken it out if the purchase price to make more profit .I requested for Sandy to put those 500 since she had worked with me twice but she wouldnt. The buyers agent offered to pay for half she didnt even offer to pay for the other half knowing that she did wrong by not even bringing this out to me and knowing that she had worked for me twice . Costumers be aware you need somebody thats gonna fight for your interest not somebody thats just looking out for themselves

Contemplating moving to Houston I needed a broker to help me find a house to lease> I called Remax broker Skip Clem. He spent the best part of the day showing me properties. This man is knowledgeable, he knows his market and was very kind to spend so much time with a maybe prospect. If you have the need for a realestate broker in the Spring or the surrounding area this is the man to call.

Theo Allen is an incompetent agent. DO NOT USE HIM as your realtor, especially to list your home! He will not communicate and will ignore your calls/texts. Someone like him should NOT be in this field. Lazy realtor.
