It’s been well over a month since Teresa and I sold my Mother’s house. Teresa did an amazing job. She far exceeded my wildest expectations! My problem is answering this question. How do I best put into words what Teresa did for my family without writing the next great novel?
Teresa and I met shortly after my Mom passed away. We toured the house together. Teresa asked me if I wanted to make any improvements. I told her I wanted to sell the house as is. She told me exactly what I needed to do. She told me that we could probably get $245K for the house. I was all smiles! It took me a couple of weeks but I followed her instructions. She knows all the local contractors and was able to recommend a great guy for some needed repairs. If you need a great handyman at a great price, give Teresa a call.

After I completed all Teresa’s assigned tasks, Teresa listed the house. It was on a Thursday. By Monday, we had five offers. We took the best offer, Teresa sent me the paperwork to sign via DocuSign (I live 20 miles south of Washington DC) and I signed and returned the paperwork the same evening.

Start to finish, I was amazed with Teresa’s knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency! She’s the very best in Delaware County.

Joey Ferrell of Remax Hometown in Media exceeded any expectations that my wife and I might have had going into the sale process. Joey was our agent in selling a condo in Havertown. We listed it mid-may and closed 3 weeks later while we were out of town. Granted, it's probably simpler selling a condo than a house but still, Joey's manner, friendliness, knowledge and hard work made this sale a definite success for us. We are thankful for his help and glad to share with others that we think we made a great choice in selecting Joey and Remax Hometown to represent us. From listing to settlement John and his team handled everything with minimal interaction from me.
