Updated on 26 April 2022: Last year I purchased my FOURTH home (as an investment property) using Dave Remedios. We saw the house we wanted and on that same day Dave made our offer to the buyer, who accepted within 2 days and boom, we opened escrow and had the keys to the house in 4 weeks. That is even more impressive when you consider it was during Covid and a hot real estate market. Once again, Dave and his team made the entire process stress-free with minimal hassle.

I have lived in Ventura for most of the last 30 years, and there is simply no one better than Dave for bringing a real estate deal together. My friends and acquaintances who use different agents have plenty of stories about poor experiences with their agents... none of which have ever happened to us with Dave. I tell my friends to use Dave and those that have switched have had a great experience. He makes the process feel silky smooth. With our third house purchase we considered possibly keeping our previous house as a rental, but after a few weeks we decided to go ahead and sell it. Dave had done his homework just in case we had to go that route. Within 24 hours of us telling him we would need to sell the old house, Dave had an offer in our hands! We were able to move forward with our new house quickly and with minimal worries.

Dave makes sure that you are taken care of, and will do whatever it takes to make it right. Bottom line: if you are truly ready to buy or sell a house then use Dave because he does not drag his feet. I honestly can't imagine buying a house from anyone else!
