Shirley Acosta is an extremely unethical agent. She knowingly chose not to disclose major plumbing and heating issues on a house we purchased from her sellers. We have proof from the home warranty company that she herself filed claims for repairs on this unit prior to our purchase and denied any issues on the disclosures, which is illegal. I’m writing this review to warn people to stay clear of her, as her business methods are extremely unethical and illegal. It’s hard enough for any home buyer to deal with the stress of buying a home, but then to have a realtor take advantage of you during such a stressful process is not only unethical, it is amoral. If you are considering her as a selling agent, beware of her lack of ethics because this may open you up to a lawsuit. I would run the other way.

Val and Shirley Acosta of Re/Max Gold Coast Realtors were the listing agents for a house I recently bought in Camarillo. After the sale they sent an advertising mailer to all of Camarillo, including all of my neighbors, with the address and an interior photograph of the house, stating exactly how much I had paid for the house and exactly how much I had paid over list. It was a totally unprofessional move on their part, and a complete invasion of my privacy. Val and Shirley's business ethics are Highly Questionable. Seller and buyer beware.

I was instructed to come in and drop off some paperwork. I came and was waiting over 40 minites without anyone acknowledging me or speaking to me. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Edit: it's not letting me reply to the owners reply. Thank you for responding. I was there at around 1-1:15 and no one was at the front desk. There were two women sitting in the office in the back left office(you can see from the front entrance) neither acknowledged me at all. I waited until about 2pm and then left.

If your looking for a fantastic Realtor team look no longer you found them. The team of Ryan Amico and Willie Schmeltz! Ryan and Willie sold our home with in a week and found us our new home. I can’t say enough about these guys if I had questions concerns they were always available to take care of anything that might have come up. Again look no longer you will be in great hands! Very impressed with Ryan and Willie!
