We have watched Jan sell homes in Ramona for many years, so when we decided to sell our home, she was our first choice. She works with great people, including her photographer, who took pictures that put our home in its best light. She priced our home just right for the market, and when people started to bid, she kept us well-informed and helped negotiate a selling price above the asking price. Jan at Re/Max made what I thought would be a stressful process very easy. We got an offer the same weekend we put our house on the market and received $40,000 over asking price. I was pleasantly surprised. We trusted her completely and repainted our house and had it staged as she told me would help sell our house and increase our profits. It definitely paid off.
