I want to give a very special review to my Realtor, Lynne Merrick. She is the absolute best realtor anyone could have. Honesty and integrity are crucial elements when working with a real estate agent. Selling or purchasing an home involves a significant investments of time, money, and effort. It is a Realtor's fiduciary duty to their client that makes trusting this person so important. That duty involves overseeing the wealth of their clients assets, and acting in accordance on their behalf with ONLY their best interests in mind nothing else! Having first hand experience with Jeannie Dunning, honesty, truthfulness, and transparency are not moral codes and principles she lives by. It truthfully pains me to say that, but my experience with her encompasses no ability or capacity to put her clients best interests ahead of hers. In the end, I am extremely disappointed that I allowed her to play the part in our transaction

As a first time home buyer, Re/Max Champions and Champion's Title Services couldn't have made this process more easy and stress free.
