Cindy was the greatest to work with , she helped us sell our home and purchase our dream home , after months of searching she found our dream home for us , she gave us excellent advise from her years of expertise and experience, she made the entire process from listing to closing easy and fast. We were not sure of the decision to actually sell our home but she made it very comfortable for us with patience and understanding. The best decision we ever made, Cindy Hoover.

Sahar Andolino is the absolute worst! Just awful bedside manner over the phone. Rude, curt, and horrible to work with. The second she picks up the phone it’s the Spanish Inquisition without even realizing there is an actual person on the other side. Next is her inability to be inconvenienced when it’s her job! Just engaging with her over the phone twice in the last 6 months would make me not want to rent or buy anything from this woman . If this were my agency I would not want her representing me. In addition to her horrible attitude she has broken the law by refusing to allow somebody with a registered therapy dog to even put in an application.

Review on 6/19/20. Last week my wife and I and our realtor met with a representative of the Safety Harbor Remax agency. She was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

With Covid signage all over their windows exclaiming their desire to protect visitors, she was not wearing a MASK. But we three were. AND SHE (THE REMAX REP) HAD HAD COVID LAST MONTH! When I asked her if she would wear one, she replied, "I've been wearing the mask all day and I'm tired of it. It's in my car." We should've left right then, but opted to stay to find out about the new condo complex.

At one point during our discussion she sneezed into her hands and handed us the brochure. We did not accept it. As a recovering Covid patient you would think she'd be sensitive to our concerns and cautious about sanitary behavior. She met us in a workout suit and looked disheveled and perhaps not feeling well.

In addition, the materials, she explained, were out of date and the builder, whom she admitted, was not as good as the original one hired to build the townhomes on the same property.

Then there was a discussion about not having enough parking spaces for the condos. And the builder was negotiating with the city to somehow allow more.

This entire experience at Safety Harbor Remax was one of the worst experiences we've ever had with an agent and the agency she represents.

Cindy and her team are so knowledgable and on top of everything! They helped us find our first home in downtown Safety Harbor, and they walked us through the entire process with such patience and geniune friendliness. I would (and do) HIGHLY recommend Remax By the Bay to anyone looking for a home in the Pinellas area!
