I met Simeon, the owner of this ReMax. He was so kind and helpful. I was up at Big Bear snowboarding with my family. There was a HUGE snow storm and due to all the defrosting and slow driving around with chains my tesla was almost dead. Simeon opened his office and turned on his Tesla chargers so i could get my car charged up for us to get home. And he drove me back to my hotel as it took over 6h for my tesla to get charged up. What an incredible human!!!! He explained to me why he had the tesla chargers installed in the first place and that they collect donations from people who charge and then he matches the donations and gives all the money to the city of Big Bear. Without Simeon my family and i would have been stranded in Big Bear during a snow storm. I will be forever grateful for his help. And if i find property in Big Bear that i want to purchase, Simeon would be the person i call.

This is non-business related. We are stuck here in Big Bear and our tesla was running out of battery and here at RE/MAX, Emily who is working here has been super helpful to at least 20 people, she’s doing everything she can to give people information and letting them inside the office to warm up etc.

She deserves 10 stars💯💯💯

You can't give less than 1 star but what a poorly run and managed company. Agent doesn't communicate, and broker is childlike in his response. Was already reaching out to their client to see how to proceed. Shameful company. Go anywhere else.
