Janet is wonderful! I had her help me sell a home a few years ago and she made the process so easy and simple. My house sold in less than a week! Fast forward to August 2017 and I was ready to buy a house, she was the first person I called. We looked at 10-15 homes before I found the one I wanted to purchase. Working with Janet was a breathe of a fresh air. Close friends of mine recommended Janet to sell our home and set expectations pretty high with their ravings about her experience, professionalism, and commitment to satisfying her clients. Janet was punctual, said what she was going to do, delivered on it, and sold our house the first weekend it was on the market. Janet has an all-star team of photographers and stagers that had our home ready for showings in just under two weeks - and that's saying something for our family with two kids under the age of two. Janet did her homework analyzing our market, inventory, and comps. She confidently convinced my wife and I on a price that was aggressive yet supported within our area.
