Went to look at a property. The map of the property he shows, and the pictures he provides are misleading. After further questioning a supposed survey was provided showing the lot boundaries and comparative size. If this had been provided in the listing it eoul have saved me a lengthy trip. I do not have a good feeling about Clayton Hays.

If at some point he didn't know the answer, he found out in a few minutes. Clayton tells you in advance about anything, he does not hide information from you, even if it is not something you want to hear. You need Clayton in your real estate business, Clayton treats you with the utmost respect at all times and he is always professional. A five-star rating isn’t high enough. This was the very first time I bought a house on my own. Clayton was very helpful with helping me purchase this home every step of the way! He answered any questions that I had from the beginning to the end. He even recommended a bank to help me get a loan to buy my house. I had to provide financial information to the bank and they made the entire process simple and easy. They helped me a great deal as well!
