It was terrible. A lot of empty promises, before one signs the contract.
At the beginning, you must talk more to an agent, to make clear all the facts about the property. Instead of Mr Harris, Kathy called back, who I had no contract with. No open house to promote the listing. No wonder, that he could not sell the house.

Buyers agent (kurt) was rude in emails & conversations on the phone. Broker here was also very rude to the point I had to tell her I had to end the conversation before I said anything unkind. These particular people speak down to you as if you are dumb and have no choice but to agree with them.
