Cherry is a very experienced and knowledgeable realtor. We started with a phone consultation to make sure we were a good fit for each other and Cherry really took time to answer our questions. She goes thoroughly goes over real estate documents and will work closely with the lender of your choice. After we bought our house, Cherry still checks in to see how we are doing and even helped us contact the termite company to deal with an issue that arised after closing. COULDN’T BE MORE IMPRESSED……….. Cherry is the real deal!!! She sold our home for a record price in our neighborhood in Diamond Bar. We are not afraid to admit that we have extremely high standards and expectations, as we should with such an important life decision. Cherry understood this and her work ethic matched the pride we had in our home. A home that we raised our family in and remodeled along the way. We had used another realtor prior to finding Cherry and we were not happy.
She explained the importance of staging the home and hired a professional photographer. Our home looked so great, there was an immediate and significant increase in the number of viewings online which resulted in multiple showings per day. The staging was an expense we weren’t sure about but we were very happy that we did it, what a difference it made. So glad we took all of her advice, even painting some rooms to brighten and refresh the look. Well worth the effort.
We started getting offers and lo and behold, she didn’t stop doing open houses, private showings and securing back up offers. Every home has its challenges to sell but Cherry‘s work ethic was tireless even when it looked like we were in escrow she continue to have showings and thank goodness.
Our home was a difficult sale due to the fact that it was the nicest and most upgraded view and pool home in the neighborhood and we were asking top dollar, far beyond the average neighborhood price. It was a challenge that she accepted. She launched her 40 point marketing plan feature in the video presentation of our home which included a very impressive social media campaign. She was always available for us and understood our goals/concerns.
We are so impressed by Cherry that we did something that we’ve never done before. We had her represent us on our buying end and she got us into our dream home in San Clemente. All of her advice on this end of the transaction was on point. Even to the point where during the escrow we took her recommendation of a video inspection of our sewer lines which turned out to be clear but provided us with great peace of mind.
