They sell houses with leaking roofs and don’t respond to emails after several attempts to get the problem fix through the agent Aws Abdelaziz and seller. Bought the house 09/23/2022 and first contact about the leak was 10/03/2022. Promises were made to reach out to the seller to come to the property to have a look and repair the issue and nothing was done. Email was sent to agent Aws Abdelaziz and broker Joseph McCabe 10/14/2022 with no response. Inspection called for repairs and apparently it was not repaired correctly. Bad business, bad communication and will not recommend this realty to anyone.

I have been working with Real Estate agent Nick Desloges for some time now and I can’t stress enough how attentive and professional this man is. I contacted Carlos Cesar, The Contact Property Manager via email about this property last week to set up a date to view this property. We communicated via email to confirm the viewing, which Carlos Cesar stated "I'll be at the property between 2 and 3 pm". When I arrived at 2:10 I called Carlos, which his cell phone was turned off, so I left a voicemail and sent another email. After waiting an hour and following up with Carlos multiple times I finally left. My advice would be to stay away from this agent, very unprofessional.

They wanted me to give a concession to the buyer , because i didn't have central air , this is the same person who sold me the house from day one there was a problem with the roof that was never revealed to me , also when i moved in it was never revealed to me that the middle bedroom did not have a return , when i went to sell it was a law to have a return in the middle bedroom . I think that they were not honest and they think they should make all the decisions even when i was at the closure proceedings they were still taken money , the mortgage company owes money and they didn't care , i would not use this REMAX because they are very sketchy believe me you will findout if you use them. I can you more things but i don't have the time .(remember you were warned)
