Good Morning! Very horrible customer service. Negative stars if I could. I’ve literally been trying to get in contact with the owner (Laki Hatzelis) for two weeks to speak on the experience I’ve received with his agent. I’ve left messages to which I’m told he received and would get in touch with me. I’ve reached out to him on Facebook no reply. If I had twitter I would try that. I’ve emailed the companies website and on his page with the number provided for contact. I also had a woman by the name of Karen Irace impersonate a manager for the oak lawn and palos location, but turns out to be an associate. I reached out to Val from the oak lawn location, but after having her speak to my wife because I was at work I can no longer get a phone call back. I’ve left several voicemails. My issue is we’re doing all the work for my real estate agent. I’m calling and texting the builder on the progress and to view the property and also driving by to visually see the progress of the property. I’m sending pictures and updating my real estate agent on the progress of the home. We check in periodically ourselves, but it’s the agents job to update us. I was under the impression it’s suppose to be the other way around? She never wants to come out before it got cold and always makes excuses as to why she can’t. If you can’t or don’t want to come do your job please pass us to an agent that wants to work and get a commission. I feel me and my wife should get the commission seeing as we do ALL the work. I welcome REMAX to reply and any rebuttal by them will be acknowledged and addressed by me. I followed all the property channels and the last result was to contact the owner. It appears as if they don’t reply the issue never happened, but I’m not going anywhere and will continue to knock until the door is open. If REMAX has any doubt about what I said about the issue with the realtor or agent. I definitely have text messages to support all that I’ve said. Seeing as REMAX is a franchise I’ll just reach out to the franchise owners. I will not be ignored. Thanks for listening. 11/29/22 and still no acknowledgement. 1/30/23 and still no acknowledgement from anyone. 5/9/23 and still no reply from this company. Why the silent treatment? Hi! It’s me with an update. December 8th 2022 Lazi seen my message, but didn’t reply. Screenshot shot below. Why do you choose to ignore me instead of handling my inquiry? I hope this isn’t the way you do business with certain people? Hi! Two years later and Lazi only looks at my messages on facebook, but never responds. Does he think I’m going away?

Hamza Hassan is not a good realtor, he's an AMAZING realtor! He gets to know his clients so, he can sell them a house to make their "home"! I'm a first time homebuyer. And I can say, what a rollercoaster! Hamza made sure I never felt pressured or "alone" through the whole process! We closed on our house just this week. Would recommend Hamza to ANYONE looking for a fantastic realtor to find your best potential home!
