We had some very specific ideas about the audio visual set up for our house, but when Michael from Quality TV came out for his initial consultation he had some much better ideas! He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the hardware involved and the way to link it all up. And most importantly very friendly and helpful - in a technical world that is very important for lay people! When the team came to install everything, they too were very friendly and efficient, and completed the whole project in around 4 hours leaving the house in perfect shape and everything working perfectly. It really was a great experience, and when we needed some further operating instructions the next day Mike came straight out to give us that instruction and guidance in person. We highly recommend Quality TV and Service!

Quality TV is an awesome business !! Mike at the store was so helpful and got us on the schedule quickly to mount wall brackets and a new TV. Our installation techs, Nelson and Brian, were amazing. They took the time to mount the brackets and TV's with our input perfectly. Quality TV is the place to go for your television needs. Will definitely use them again. Thank you !!!

We have used Quality TV for several years for TV's and recently Sono speakers for our house. They have the absolute best customer service that I have had the pleasure to receive. From Tina when I call for a question or need help, she is awesome. Brian installed our speakers and did a through job explaining everything. There was a glitch with the one speaker, and Nelson came the same day I called and got everything back on track. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and incredibly conscientious, I would not buy a TV from anyone else!

I'd recommend Quality TV! The pricing and communication are excellent, as was our technician. Nelson came to install our new StarLink. He communicated clearly that he was coming early, and explained the factors in his decision about where to place the dish and router. (Also other options if we wanted to get other mounting hardware and have them come back.) Not only that, he thought to ask me whether I'd cleared having the dish on my roof with the HOA. The service was reliable, as advertised. Nelson was polite, considerate, and professional.

Brian arrived on time with a pleasant attitude. Described what he could do to rectify “new front door installer's” mistakes. Alarm re connected with no mess in a short time much to our satisfaction. Will use Brian again (Quality Sales and Service) on future endeavors and refer to our friends. It really is a good feeling when someone comes out and gets the job done right the first time as we have had some not so good experiences with a multitude of other companies.

I love this Company. Needed a TV hung on my lanai and Alex squeezed me into the schedule. Brain the tech was top notch. Arrived on time, work was great and was very professional. Brian took the time to fully set up the TV and answer my questions. I will ABSOLUTELY use Quality TV again.

Technician arrived early due to a cancelation. He worked on getting TV, receiver, speakers and Firestick connected and synced up, including the Karaoke system. Reasonable prices, friendly service and the entire system is working great. Will definitely use them in the future! Locally owned business too.

Matthew and Patrick are knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. They confirmed our appointment on their way to our house. They quickly solved the problem with our TV. They repaired our television and saved us from having to buy a new TV! We were very happy and grateful!
