Amazing; is the one word I would use to describe this entire process. Kayla, Cathryn and the entire Pop Realty team are excellent at their jobs. I reached out to Kayla less than 12 hours before the moving trucks arrived at my home, asking for her to help sell my home. I was extremely impressed that with such short notice both Kayla and Cathryn were able to meet with me the morning of my move at my home. Kayla is very professional, the next day when I met her she had all of her research including very specific comparable properties so that we can determine a list price. I was very amazed that she wanted to list at a higher price point than what I thought the house would go for. Additionally, Kayla help guide me on the key areas to focus on to get the house list ready, yet again I was very impressed; I was willing to spend four times as much on repairs than what Kayla suggested I needed. As soon as I addressed the minor touch-ups, the real estate photographer came by and took such stunning photos (this actually almost made me want to purchase my home all over again). Kayla listed the home the very next day, and within a week we got a contract secured! Another incredible aspect to this transaction is that with Kayla’s expertise she was able to get me more than $3.00 per square foot than any other house that has ever sold in the same neighborhood and that to all within 7 days!!!!!! Going into this transaction I was super nervous about listing the house, because within my community I was competing with about 3 other house that have been listed for a very long time, the competition was cheaper per square foot, and had the same if not more square footage than my home, but Kayla assured me that I did not have anything to be concerned about. If you haven’t done so I highly recommend Kayla, Cathryn, and the Pop Realty team for any of your real estate needs; they have such a phenomenal skillset, you will be extremely pleased.
