Peggy had a listing for a rental home in Arcadia that was next door to my home. After many attempts I finally got in contact with Peggy and presented her my offer to rent the home. I followed up with her 3 times and eventually gave up. I met the homeowner today and talked to him about my offer and he said Peggy NEVER presented it to him. He said he had to pull it off the market and essentially fire Peggy because she was not handling his listing professionally.
