Love their work and very friendly people!

I go to their shop all the time to get my frames done. Every time I bring my art work they recommend and pick the perfect ones that would look great in my house.

They have all kinds of frames from Classic all the way to Modern style.

My Families and friends who comes to my house always asks where I got my frames done, so I recommended them to go to this place and they love it too! They make the art work super nice.

I would highly recommend anyone to this place!

Best experience! Had a treasured item very well taken care of and built a custom frame very quickly. Kim was super helpful in helping to pick out a color scheme to best fit my art and to make it look the best it possibly can inside of my home. Thank you so much for all of your help! If you want to have your things framed and done in about a week, this is a good place to go. But their customer service leaves something to be desired. I went there to pick up my frame only to find out that they had closed 45 minutes early. You also have to ring a bell to be let into the store, I get being security conscious but this seems less than friendly. I recommend calling before you arrive to make sure that your things are available to be picked up.

This is the WORST framing service. Only bring your items to get framed here if your pieces are worthless and you don't care about them.

They ruined my $800 closed edition print. They used the dry mounting method which renders a piece of artwork worthless. This process can not be reversed. I even had a discussion with the owner on why dry mounting would NOT be the appropriate method for an $800 print such as mine. I reiterated these instructions to them and even made sure she wrote those instructions down on the work order.

On top of that, they framed the artwork in a plastic frame even though I ordered wood.

The lack of care and experience this business has shows they should be shut down. They do NOT have the appropriate funds or insurance to guarantee work or pay for damages. Small court claim will be pursued.

TL;DR: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR ART AND EVEN IF THEY DON'T, IT ISN'T WORTH THE RISK.
