Our experience with Modern Traditions Realty Group has been quite successful over the years. I have worked with Debbie Liggett for almost a decade buying 2 homes across multiple counties and selling 1 home in that span of time. The home sold in 19 days at asking price. There are some very nice after thoughts from this company that show they care and it puts a smile on your face. The ones like Anne I spoke with in the office are good people with heart to provide a good service at a fast pace. I do truly consider Debbie now a friend and not just my realtor for my next adventure in home buying/selling.
