Working with Josh & Matt has been the best experience over the last 5 years. Starting out with buying our families first home which went about as smooth as anyone could ask for to 4 years later helping us sell this home and buy our second home. There is no one else we would trust as much as we do Matt & Josh. They made sure we got every penny we wanted out of our first house and helped us walk into this second home with equity that wouldnt have been there without their due diligence and knowing the area we were trying to buy in. As soon as this house came on the market they forwarded us the link before we had a chance to even find it and had talked to the agent to make sure we could go see it before anyone else. There is a reason why these guys sell more houses in a month than most do in a year. They were able to sell our house in 30 days for the price we wanted in a very challenging market. They are super responsive. They helped set a solid initial strategy and helped us adjust as needed. Wendy was on top of everything in the back office and Matt and Josh were always available if needed. The initial listing process to showings and finally the closing were so much easier than we had expected.

Matt and his assistant, Wendy were absolutely fabulous to work with!! My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and we feel so fortunate to have found and worked with Matt and Wendy! Steph and I had an amazing experience with Josh, Matt and Wendy. First off, Josh and Matt came to the property, absolutely positive, exuberant, and it was a fantastic experience. Both Josh and Matt were professional, guiding us through the process with expertise and dedication, always available to answer questions, without making us feel inadequate for asking.
