We meet Mark at an open house. The house he was showing was really nice, and we would have loved to buy it. It went for over our budget.

We did not know anyone out here and my wife and I liked the vibe he was giving off. Not pushy, we looked for certain things in a house, he saw others that we did not notice . Mark worked with us in our time frame of viewing homes due to a 4 month old baby and time was very limited. We started looking at houses, as Mark was learning what we liked and didn't like. He suggested a few areas in (Safety Harbor/Palm Harbor/ Eastlake) and I was always going to something else. (looking for a pool, etc...)

After a few failed attempts and getting home due to being outbid, I finally listened to him. We found a home that needed love, not out of our budget, and was in a area that we didn't even know existed. The house needs to be painted and brought back to life. ( Easy stuff a homeowner can do without breaking the bank) Neighborhood is great, kids playing, dogs being walked, they all know each other.

Mark walked us through the whole buying process, stayed on top of things and made sure all the T's were crossed I's were dotted to protect us as barrowers.

Very happy to have met Mark and to have he on our side. When we upgrade homes, we will be sure to have him list our house and find us a new one.

Note: For new purchasers out there. Keep in mind there are a lot of DUMB realtors. Mark is NOT one of them. He gets it and you will be in good hands.
