Marco Troche is the realtor you want to hire! While he’s definitely knowledgeable and professional the thing what sets him aside from others is how personable he is , and how he is genuinely in the business to finding the RIGHT property for his clients. His calm and approachable demeanor makes him an easy guy to do business with. I hired him as my realtor 7 years ago when I was buying my first home. We built such a great rapport that I recently recommended him to my brother and Marco helped him find his first home as well. Even now, with me living out of the state, I have called upon him yet again to now sell my properties. Which really says something, because realtors are everywhere. Marco helped my brother buy his first home 5 years ago and then helped me close on my first home on 9/15/21. Where do I begin? I have had the opportunity of working with Marco on two of our home purchases, In which one was a sale of our first home and now purchasing our 2nd new home.

He took the time to assure us as first time home buyers (myself & my husband), guiding us every step of the way. Providing us with all the information and process of what needed to be corrected of our credit and the next step of getting approved for our loans, once those steps were completed the full process of house hunting began and Marco showed his true professionalism the entire way and his knowledge of what to look for in a house ( beyond the pretty surface) the heating systems, windows, the structure & etc.
