A six star deserved. Amazing food and drinks, service, and environment! We are from the States and have been to many fine restaurants in the major cities in the world, and this place was just exactly what one would expect from the places they call it the best. We were traveling with two small children and arrived late Friday night with no reservation. Hungry and tired and couldn’t find any full service restaurant that was open. This exceptional reception lady tried to accommodate our needs and managed to find a table for us so we could finally sit and enjoy our dinner. Also, Shout out to Our server Claudieu for all his beautiful recommendation and friendly hospitality. This restaurant gave me the impression Bucharest is the beautiful city with very warm and friendly people. Thank you so much for the beautiful night you had presented to us. Highly recommend this place to anyone who expect the best!

I recently dined at Maison des Arts, located within the Radisson Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The restaurant impressed with its culinary creativity, as each dish was bursting with vibrant flavors. From start to finish, the meal showcased high-quality ingredients and skilled preparation.

One standout feature was the cocktail menu, which was nothing short of excellent. Each drink was thoughtfully crafted, offering the perfect balance to complement the meal. A small yet thoughtful touch that I particularly appreciated was the warm pita bread served with garlic and butter at the beginning—a simple gesture that set a welcoming tone for the evening.

The desserts were also worth highlighting. Beautifully presented and equally delicious, they provided the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Additionally, the service was attentive and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout the evening.

The only slight disappointment was with the entrecôte. I ordered it medium rare, but it arrived closer to medium-well. While still flavorful, it lacked the juiciness I had hoped for.

It’s worth noting that Maison des Arts is on the pricier side, but the quality of the food, drinks, and service largely justifies the cost. Despite the minor issue with the steak, the overall experience was memorable. The combination of attentive service, delicious food, and an inviting ambiance makes Maison des Arts a restaurant worth visiting. I look forward to returning and perhaps giving the entrecôte another try!

Однозначно стоит приехать сюда за самой нежной и мягкой бараниной. Это была рекомендация официанта, и я была в восторге! Очень вкусно!
Красивый интерьер. Большие окна дают возможность наслаждаться спокойной и вкусной обстановкой, когда на улице все куда-то спешат.

What a disapponting and ugly surprise: the chinese duck breast would have been way tastier in any regular Chinese restaurant. They added some mushrooms and truffles with excessive pepper in the sauce which made it bitter and destroyed the ducks’s taste.
Also, the Wagyu cheesburger was another epic and tasteless fail. Sushi rolls with shrimps were the only good ones on the table.
And THE WORST experience is that we got STOLEN on the bill: 4 bottles of water instead of 2 and the rice had a price of 30 ron on the menu and 50 ron on the bill!
Definitely will never return.

The sea bass carpaccio was a perfect balance of freshness and delicate flavors. The thin slices of sea bass, lightly dressed, allowed the natural taste of the fish to shine, while subtle hints of citrus and herbs elevated the dish to something special. It was a light and refreshing way to kick off the meal.
The salmon tartar on crispy rice was a highlight. The contrast between the buttery, finely chopped salmon and the crunch of the crispy rice created an addictive texture combination. The richness of the salmon was perfectly complemented by the slight crispiness, adding a modern twist to this classic dish.
The sushi course brought one of their signature rolls, featuring shrimp. The roll was packed with flavor and executed with precision, balancing the sweet, tender shrimp with a slight touch of heat and umami. The presentation was elegant, and every bite felt like an experience in both taste and texture.
For dessert, I indulged in the Île Flottante pe Valuri de Vanilie și Caramel. This floating island dessert was a showstopper, combining light, airy meringue with velvety vanilla sauce and a rich caramel drizzle. It was the perfect ending to the meal—sweet, but not overwhelming, and beautifully crafted.
Maison Des Arts delivers an exquisite dining experience, where each dish is carefully thought out and executed. The attention to detail and the quality of ingredients shine through, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy contemporary cuisine with a refined touch.

Maison des Arts, Bucharest - A Culinary Delight

I had the pleasure of trying the Bourguignonne Escargots gratinated with butter, garlic, and aromatic herbs, and the Australian Wagyu Beef with Padron Peppers. The dishes were excellent, with delicious flavors and one of the best beef experiences I've ever had. The service was outstanding; Sorin was very helpful with recommendations and attentive throughout the night. Definitely recommended, and I will be coming back to try more dishes!

Am avut ocazia să vizitez Maison des Arts, un restaurant situat pe Calea Victoriei, care se bucură de o locație excelentă și de o vizibilitate bună
Pro:
- Locație excelentă: Restaurantul se află într-o zonă centrală, ceea ce îl face foarte accesibil și ideal pentru o ieșire în oraș.
- Meniu variat: Oferă o selecție diversificată de preparate, de la burgeri savuroși și papanași, la șnițel și creveți, astfel încât fiecare oaspete să găsească ceva pe gustul său.
- Mâncare gustoasă: Preparatele încercate au fost delicioase și bine gătite, lăsându-mi o impresie plăcută
Contra:
- Miros puternic de gătit: Din păcate, la intrare m-a întâmpinat un miros intens de mâncare, care m-a făcut să mă simt mai degrabă într-o bucătărie de acasă decât într-un restaurant, creând o atmosferă ușor inconfortabilă.
- Aperitivul „din partea casei”: Am fost surprins să descopăr că un aperitiv pe care l-am considerat gratuit a fost adăugat la nota de plată. Preparatul era destul de gras, îmbibat în ulei, ceea ce nu a fost pe placul meu.
- Servire necorespunzătoare: Chelnerul nu a fost foarte atent la detalii; am cerut apă minerală, dar nu am avut suficientă, iar aceasta părea ascunsă într-o frapieră. În plus, a fost o neplăcere să observ că, deși pe bon erau trecute două ape, nu am fost servit corespunzător.
- Atitudine a chelnerului: Modul de adresare a fost rece și impersonal, afectând experiența generală.
- Curățenie deficitară: Am găsit gumă lipită sub masă, un detaliu neplăcut care nu ar trebui să se întâmple într-un restaurant.
- Greșeli la servire: Am comandat șampanie, dar a fost servită într-un pahar de vin, ceea ce a fost o eroare destul de semnificativă. De asemenea, am cerut pâine pentru starter, dar aceasta nu a fost adusă
Concluzie: În ciuda câtorva neajunsuri legate de servire și de atmosfera creată de mirosurile din restaurant, mâncarea a fost, în general, plăcută și bine preparată. Aș acorda Maison des Arts o notă de 4 din 5, deoarece sunt deschis să încerc și alte preparate pe viitor. Decorul este decent, dar ar putea beneficia de o notă mai originală, întrucât utilizarea excesivă a aceluiași tip de lemn poate părea monotonă. Sper ca, în viitor, să îmbunătățească aspectele legate de servire și curățenie pentru a oferi o experiență mai plăcută oaspeților.
