BUYERS BEWARE! Luigui lacks the professionalism and ethical wherewithal for me to recommend anyone use his services. I would highly recommend against pursuing any dealings with Luigui. My wife and I were under contract on a home that Luigui was selling for a family member. Luigui backed out of the sale noting to our agent (who is also a member of his team) that a better offer had been made and that they were seeking to get out of our agreed upon contract. Luigui did this knowing that litigation into the issue would be difficult in seeking to prove sale price was the cause of the void contract. If Luigui is listed as the selling agent, be wary of manipulative tactics to price gouge properties and expect no regard for professional ethics. Think twice about working with this agency.
