Lindsay is so wonderful to work with for both buying and selling. We weren't looking to move but on our way to the park we drove past our forever home with her sign in front and called. She is a true professional and told us up front that she was granted permission to be a dual agent and quickly set up time for us to tour the house. We immediately fell in love with the house but needed input from our family. Lindsay made her schedule flexible over the holidays so we could tour the house many times with our family. Her knowledge and honesty of the 94 year old home helped answer the many questions we had. We met Lindsay at an open house that we randomly decided to go into when we first started the home buying process and I'm so glad that we did! From day one, she was such a wonderful resource for us! She had recommendations for loan officers and real estate lawyers. She took time to explain the house buying process, and when we put in our first offer Lindsay sat down and explained every single line & clause in the Real Estate Contract so we understood what we were signing.

Our first offer fell through because we couldn't agree on closing credits with the sellers. During the negotiation, Lindsay made sure we understood next steps and were up to date on where things in negotiations with the lawyers.

After a few months of looking, we finally found our house!
